Within 30 Days of Ship Date:
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Non sale items: can be returned for a full refund, exchanged for other products, or traded for store credit.
Sale items: can only be exchanged or traded for store credit.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached. Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return. Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credits
When an item is exchanged for store credit we will provide you with a coupon number that you can use as a credit for our online store. If a product is being exchanged for another product let us know which style you would like to exchange it for through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship the replacement product and you will be notified by email. If there is a cash or credit refund due then a refund will be processed in the original payment form. You will be notified immediately via email as soon as we process your refund or exchange.
When will my credit card be refunded?
We will refund your credit card once we have received and examined the garment.
What if I want to exchange for a store credit?
How long will it take to receive an exchange?
have your mail carrier stamp your package with the shipment date so we know that you have shipped your return in time. The date of shipping is the one we use to decide if your return meets the return and exchange policy outlined above. As soon as we get your approved return will ship your exchange . Remember Dreamcatcher uses usps Priority mail so you’ll receive it in two or three days after we receive your exchange.
